  • No. We’re not rebuilding your life. We’re adjusting how you relate to sleep first. Big routine overhauls usually backfire — we’re keeping this simple and doable.

  • You won’t get kicked out. The lessons are recorded, so you can catch up. This isn’t school — it’s a transformation. Go at a steady pace, not a stressed pace.

  • The lessons are recorded so you can watch when it suits you. Depending on the round, there may be live Q&As for support — but you’re never required to be on camera or speak.

  • If you’ve tried everything, that usually means you’ve tried forcing sleep. This approach is different. It’s about shifting the pattern that’s keeping you stuck — not adding more tricks.

  • If you have diagnosed medical sleep disorders, ongoing untreated mental health concerns, or something complex medically, you should always work with your healthcare provider. This course is for people stuck in the stress–sleep cycle who want a smarter way out.
