How does it work?
Four sessions. Video call. We look at your sleep together — your specific patterns, your specific blockers, your specific life — and build a plan that fits all of it.
This is not me walking you through the course content on a call. You've done the course. This is applying it — together, with full context of who you are and what's actually going on.

4 x 1:1 video sessions across the course duration

Session 1: full sleep audit — we map your specific patterns and blockers
Sessions 2-3: implementation, troubleshooting, and real-time adjustment
Session 4: your personalised sleep blueprint, built together and yours to keep
Email support between every session — you're never waiting a full week with a question
Option to extend beyond 4 sessions if you want to continue
The blueprint you build in Session 4 is not a printout of course highlights.
It's a document built around you — your wake time, your wind-down, your 3am protocol, your reset after a bad night — written in enough specificity that you can follow it without thinking. That document is what makes everything stick long-term.
